With landscaping due to start soon we couldn’t hold off sharing our near completed project – Not a Beach House – photos coming later this year. His first as project leader, Dan Gayfer Design’s @lrtmarash has transformed a single storey sprawling beach house into an astute two storey weekender that comfortably accomodates three families + guests. Something for everyone, its calculated design in both form + function ensures that you can always find a little nook to escape to – even when the ‘no vacancy’ sign is up! Project builder @haynesbuild, cabinet maker @kohde.design.create, standing seam by @metalcladdingsystems, landscaping by @natural_elements_peninsula
